UV inks are applied like any other inkjet printer but the inks are cured instantly with UV lights. This allow the item to be used immediately after printing.

We are proud to say that we are now using inks that come with GREENGUARD Gold certification, ensuring they are free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) once cured, making them ideal for pet applications.

GREENGUARD Certified inks also have the advantage of little to no odor in the finished product.

All orders are shipped from Arizona, USA via USPS, UPS or DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by weight and destination. No surcharges are added to any order.

International orders are subject to your countries tax and duties requirements and are collected by Global-e at the time of order and submitted to the proper foreign agency on your behalf.

This process helps to ensure quicker delivery times. Please be aware that with international shipments in particular, customs processing can sometimes impact the actual transit time of the package. This is something that is out of our control and is subject to the receiving countries customs policies.

FILE DIMENSIONS:

• 5/8" Webbing - Strap length x 0.75" high
• 3/4" Webbing - Strap length x 0.875" high
• 1" Webbing - Strap length x 1.125" high
• 1.5" Webbing - Strap length x 1.625" high

Please note that the width of the artwork is 1/8" oversized to factor in bleed. This is necessary to achieve as much "wrap" on the sides of the material. The templates below will be updated soon for the new lengths.

When designing your strap art, please note that the printed strap will print slightly darker than what you see on your computer screen. This is due to the fact that on a computer, you are viewing a back lit image as compared to a reflective image.

We do review all files submitted prior to printing to assure proper formatting and assess color depth and luminosity. We will perform very minor tweaks to the art to best suit our printer color profile. If extensive work is needed, we will contact you prior to any work being done and give you the option of submitting a new file or have us work on the image for you. Design fees are charged at the rate below.

Repeating pattern files that do not cover the entire image space may be submitted for formatting and will incur a graphic design fee of $60/hour.
