UV inks are applied like any other inkjet printer but the inks are cured instantly with UV lights. This allow the item to be used immediately after printing.

We are proud to say that we are now using inks that come with GREENGUARD Gold certification, ensuring they are free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) once cured, making them ideal for pet applications.

GREENGUARD Certified inks also have the advantage of little to no odor in the finished product.

Since early 2021, we have been UV printing BioThane® for the pet industry. Our beautiful UV printed Genuine USA Made BioThane® Coated Webbing straps are available in three lengths and 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" widths using White 520 Beta in your choice of Standard or Super Heavy. Adjustable Biothane® also available in 5/8", 3/4" and 1" widths.
