Refund policy

WARRANTY
CopperState UV Printing warrants our products for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a store credit for any defective or damaged item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide images of the affected item along with the claim. We reserve the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim and are the sole decision maker on any claim.

If an item(s) is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will issue store credit in the amount of the original price less shipping. Please note that any item deemed to be defective or damaged must be returned to us for physical inspection. We will contact you as to our return procedure.

If an item is damaged in transit, supporting images, including images of the packaging, must be submitted for review and our submission to the appropriate carrier for damage claim.

We do not warranty any item that has been altered from the original shipped item. We also do not warranty any item worn due to scratching, biting, hardware that rubs on the material or any other mechanical damage to the product.

Please note that cracking of the ink may occur over time due to a multitude of reasons which may or may not included exposure to body oils, chemicals, tick repellents, environmental conditions, as well as the stiffening of the Biothane over time that is common with the material.

USE AND CARE

UV Printed BioThane® can be maintained and cleaned as per standard BioThane® instructions using a mild detergent and water and air dry. Hand wash only.

Harsh chemicals and/or adhesives can have an adverse affect on the printed surface. Please do not apply vinegar, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, acetone, bug spray, alcohol or any adhesives to the product as these may have damaging results.

We will not replace any product that has been subjected to a test using either harsh chemicals or adhesives. Subjecting the product to this type of testing will be viewed as intentional damage and will disqualify the product from replacement or credit. We stand behind our products but intentional misuse of the product will result in denying any claim for damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and must pay the cost of the return postage.
