International Orders

International orders are subject to your countries tax and duty requirements and are collected by Global-e at the time of the order and submitted to the proper tax authority on your behalf so our customers do not have to worry about submitting the taxes/duties themselves. We provide this service through Global-e as a courtesy and at no additional cost to our customers.

This process helps to ensure quicker delivery times. Please be aware that with international shipments, customs processing can sometimes impact the actual transit time of the package. This is something that is out of our control and is subject to the receiving countries customs policies.
