Since early 2021, we have been UV printing BioThane® for the pet industry. Our beautiful UV printed Genuine USA Made BioThane® Coated Webbing straps are available in three lengths and 5/8", 3/4", 1" and 1.5" widths using White 520 Beta in your choice of Standard or Super Heavy.

Der UV-Druck ist im Vergleich zu anderen Druckverfahren unglaublich widerstandsfähig gegen Kratzer, Abnutzung und Sonneneinstrahlung. Da es zunächst im UV-Licht aushärtet, gedeiht es in der Sonne. Die UV-Tinte trocknet in dem Moment, in dem sie auf das Material trifft.
Unempfindlich gegen Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit und Gerüche, BioThane® lässt sich in Sekundenschnelle mit etwas Wasser und Seife abspülen und bietet Haltbarkeit bei Anwendungen, bei denen Sicherheit, Reinigungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Festigkeit von entscheidender Bedeutung sind.
