• 5/8" Webbing - Strap length x 0.75" high

Below are links to download PDF design templates for each size webbing. These can be opened in both Photoshop or Illustrator to use as a guide.

When designing your strap art, please note that the printed strap will print slightly darker than what you see on your computer screen. This is due to the fact that on a computer, you are viewing a back lit image as compared to a reflective image.

Please note that the width of the artwork is 1/8" oversized to factor in bleed. This is necessary to achieve as much "wrap" on the sides of the material. The templates below provide guidance showing bleed, print field and safe space.

If a file is provided that does not meet the the size requirements, we will contact you to provide replacement files.

Please note that fine lines and intricate details may lose definition when printed on a flexible substrate as BioThane®.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LINEAR PATTERNS: Fully linear patterns are NOT guaranteed to be 100% centered on the strap due to many factors in the printing process. Random patterns are preferred. We will not warrant any linear patterns for perfect centering with a variance of up to 1/16".

We do review all files submitted prior to printing to assure proper formatting and assess color depth and luminosity. We will perform very minor tweaks to the art to best suit our printer color profile. If extensive work is needed, we will contact you prior to any work being done and give you the option of submitting a new file or have us work on the image for you. Design fees are charged at the rate below.

Repeating pattern files that do not cover the entire image space may be submitted for formatting and will incur a graphic design fee of $60/hour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
In placing a Custom Order with CopperState UV Printing, you agree to the conditions set forth below:

1. I hereby give permission to CopperState UV Printing to print my artwork as directed in any form as agreed upon.
2. I hereby affirm that I am the sole owner of said art, it is my original work or artwork I have purchased with appropriate licensing, and that I have no contractual or other arrangements which would interfere with or prevent CopperState UV Printing from printing customer submitted artwork.
3. I hereby agree that the use of my artwork by CopperState UV Printing is on an exclusive basis and will not be offered for use to any other party than the person submitting the artwork.
4. I also give my consent to indemnify and hold harmless, and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees and assignees, against and from any and all claims, liability, loss and damage, including reasonable attorney’s fees, caused by or arising wholly or in part, directly out of my inability to prove the validity of what is stated above.
5. In the event that CopperState UV Printing created the custom design, CopperState UV Printing retains all ownership and rights to the created artwork, which will be printed exclusively with CopperState UV Printing.
6. CopperState UV Printing reserves the ability to use representations of the artwork in marketing efforts.
