Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and are eligible for store credit, excluding shipping costs. We currently do not offer refunds.
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the shipping cost. Prior authorization and an RMA number is required before processing a return.
Items not available for return are personalized items, custom items, sale items and special order items.
